Before Installation

To ensure a smooth installation, please make sure the site is ready before our installation team arrives.

Site Requirements

  • The installation area must be clear of furniture, construction materials, and other obstructions.

  • Working electricity must be available for our installation tools.

  • Please let us know in advance if other trades will be working on site at the same time.

Water, Plumbing & Electrical

  • If we are removing your existing cabinets, the sink and faucet must be disconnected before our arrival.

  • Hot and cold water lines should be shut off, shortened as needed, and securely capped.

  • The drain pipe should also be disconnected and prepared so it does not interfere with the new cabinets.

  • Any pipes, wires, outlets, or other connections that may interfere with the cabinets should be properly prepared before installation.

  • Plumbing, electrical, and gas work should be completed by the appropriate qualified professional.

Why Is This Important?

Pipes or wires that extend too far from the wall may require larger openings to be cut into the back of your new cabinets. Proper preparation allows us to make smaller, cleaner openings and provides a better finished appearance.
