Measuring Guide
If you have a Builder Drawing, Architectural Drawing, or Floor Plan, simply send it to us. This is the most accurate information for us to prepare your kitchen design and quotation.
If drawings are not available, please take a few photos of your kitchen and prepare a simple hand sketch. Then include the following information:
Walls – Number of walls, length of each wall, and ceiling height.
Doors – Measure the overall width of the door frame (including the frame), and the distance from the outside edge of the door frame to the nearest wall corner.
Windows – Measure the overall width of the window frame (including the frame), and the distance from the outside edge of the window frame to the nearest wall corner.
Refrigerator – Tell us where you would like the refrigerator to go, and provide its width, depth, and height (or the model number if you already have one).
Dishwasher – Tell us where you would like the dishwasher to go, and provide its width (or the model number if available).
Sink & Plumbing – Tell us where you would like the sink to be. Please also measure the location of the plumbing by measuring from the nearest left or right wall to the center of the water pipes/drain pipe. A photo of the plumbing is very helpful.
Range / Stove – Tell us where the stove will be located, and measure the location of the electrical outlet or gas connection from the nearest wall.
Range Hood – Tell us whether you will be using an OTR Microwave, Under-Cabinet Hood, or Chimney Hood. If you already have one, please provide the model number or its width and height.
Kitchen Island (if applicable) – Provide the overall length, width, and approximate location of the island.
If you're unsure about any measurement, simply leave it blank rather than guessing. We can help you confirm the details later. These measurements are only used for preliminary design and quotation. Final dimensions will always be confirmed before production.
